Accessory Return Policy |
| 1. We do not operate a try before you buy policy.
2. We do not accept returns outside the 28 days from date of purchase
3. Please visit your local service centre or respective websites for warranty repairs for branded products i.e Nokia, Samsung, SonyEricsson etcetra
4. We do not under any circumstances refund postage for returns of goods, faulty or otherwise.
5. If returning within 7 days, You are responsible for returning the items in a re-saleable condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we will not accept returned goods.
Please contact us if the item is faulty, we can usually send a replacement or offer technical support. How long does it take for you to refund my card? |
The moment we receive the return, we will approve it and then refund it the same or next day. Please note however, some credit card companies can take up to 14 days to show the charge on your statement. You will receive a refund confirmation email |
I would like to cancel my order |
If you have placed your order and wish to cancel, please let us know by sending us a message from the customer control panel. Please note that there is a status lag between the processing and dispatched status- therefore we might not be able to stop a parcel going out even if you let us know you wish to cancel a order which status is not dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you will have to return it to the following address together with your dispatch note and note ' please cancel'. CAPSTA If the order has not been sent by us, we will not dispatch it. We will process a return automatically. Please note that due to the costs involved, all cancelled orders occur a cancellation charge of £2.00 Monies are refunded back to the purchasing credit card. |

| 1. In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside
of the 7 day cancellation period, we operate a 28 day faulty only returns
period. 2. Refunds will be for goods only and will not include any carriage costs paid to us. 3. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. 4. We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for higher value items. 5. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit. 6. We do not operate a try before you buy policy. 7. Any goods found to be defective within 28 days will be replaced. 8. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense. 9. Used earpieces and Bluetooth headsets will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons. 10. In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued (i.e. memory card reading faults, handset not powering up etc.). 11. Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available. 12. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for your card to be refunded. Manufacturers Warranty 1. Outside of the 28 day faulty return period, returned phones can not be
accepted.

All returns should be in as new condition with screen and keypad protective
film intact (where applicable). |
